RCode tunnels

Expose a local port at <name>.t.gatehouse.rcode.sh, behind sign-in. Install the agent:

curl -fsSL https://gatehouse.rcode.sh/install.sh | sh

Then log in with the account token you were given and start a tunnel:

rcode-agent login --relay-url wss://relay.gatehouse.rcode.sh/tunnel --api-url https://auth.gatehouse.rcode.sh
rcode-agent http 3000 --subdomain demo
